LockerRoom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a team communication and collaboration platform for sports teams. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, and certain technical data from your device.
Account Info
Your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account.
Messages & Content
Messages, posts, plays, and other content you create or share within teams and channels.
Team & Channel Data
Teams you join or create, channels you participate in, and your role within those teams.
Push Tokens
Device push tokens used to deliver notifications from your teams and coaches.
Usage Data
Features you use, screens you visit, and general interaction patterns to improve the app experience.
Device & Technical
Device type, operating system version, IP address, and crash reports for diagnostics and support.
Google Calendar
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token to write LockerRoom events to your Google Calendar on your behalf. We do not read, store, or share your personal calendar events.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve LockerRoom. Specifically:
- —Create and manage your account and team memberships
- —Deliver messages, notifications, and in-app content to you and your teammates
- —Send push notifications about team activity, game schedules, and messages
- —Troubleshoot bugs, diagnose crashes, and improve app performance
- —Respond to your support requests and communicate about your account
- —Comply with applicable laws and protect the safety of our users
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Google Calendar Integration
LockerRoom offers an optional Google Calendar integration that syncs your team’s practices, games, and meetings directly to your personal Google Calendar so they appear alongside the rest of your schedule.
This feature is entirely optional. You connect and disconnect it at any time from Settings → Google Calendar.
What we access
We request permission to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf using the calendar.events scope. We do not read your existing personal calendar events.
What we store
We securely store your Google OAuth access token and refresh token in our database (Supabase) solely to write LockerRoom events to your calendar. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
What we share
We do not sell or share your Google tokens or any Google Calendar data with third parties.
Revoking access
Disconnect at any time in-app (Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect) or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnect, your tokens are deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
Our use and transfer of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- —Within your team: Your name, profile photo, and messages are visible to members of the teams and channels you join.
- —Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication, and Expo for push notification delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- —Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- —Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- —In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- —Email: Send a deletion request to support@teamlockerroom.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.
Upon deletion, your profile, messages, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Children's Privacy
LockerRoom is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us at support@teamlockerroom.app.

Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- —Request correction of inaccurate data
- —Request deletion of your data (see Account Deletion)
- —Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- —Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of LockerRoom after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
