Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

LockerRoom (“we,” “us” or “our”) makes software for football and other sports teams: the LockerRoom mobile app, the LockerRoom web workspace for coaches and players, and this website (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us, information created as you and your team use the Service, and some technical data from your device or browser.

Account info

Your name, email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider) and profile photo, if you add one.

Team info

Teams you create or join, your role (for example head coach, coordinator, position coach or player), position and roster details your coaches add.

Playbook & installs

Plays, formations, terminology, coaching notes, installs and other football content your staff creates or uploads.

Install activity

When a player opens an install or a play, and whether they watched it through. Coaches on that team see this so they know who is ready for practice.

Uploaded files

Playbook files you upload (such as PDFs and PowerPoints) so LockerRoom can turn them into editable plays, and attachments you share with Lena or your team.

Messages & content

Messages, posts, polls, events and other content you share in the mobile app's teams and channels.

Lena

What you ask Lena, LockerRoom's coaching agent, and the team content Lena needs to answer or do the work. If your team uses Lena to capture a meeting, the meeting audio is transcribed so Lena can work from the transcript.

Payments

Plan, billing contact and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store full card numbers.

Contact form

What you send through the talk-to-us form on this website: name, email, school or program, phone (optional), role, level and your message.

Device & usage

Device type, operating system and browser, IP address, crash reports, push notification tokens, and which features and pages are used, so we can deliver notifications, fix problems and improve the Service.

Google Calendar

If you choose to connect Google Calendar in the mobile app, an access token and refresh token so we can add LockerRoom events to your calendar. See section 03.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve LockerRoom. Specifically, to:

Create and manage accounts, teams and memberships
Store your playbook, draw and run plays, and deliver installs to the right players
Show coaches who has opened and watched an install, and send reminders they ask for
Turn uploaded playbooks into editable plays, and let Lena do the work you ask of it
Send emails and push notifications about invites, installs, messages and team activity
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Respond to support requests and messages sent through this website
Fix bugs, keep the Service secure, and comply with the law

We do notsell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We don’t use your team’s content to train AI models, and our AI providers process it under terms that don’t allow them to train on it.

Google Calendar Integration

The mobile app offers an optional Google Calendar connection that adds your team’s practices, games and meetings to your own calendar. It is entirely optional, and you can connect or disconnect it at any time in Settings → Google Calendar.

What we access

Permission to create, update and delete events on your behalf (the calendar.events scope). We do not read your existing personal events.

What we store

Your Google access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest in our database, used only to write LockerRoom events to your calendar.

What we share

Nothing. We do not sell or share your Google tokens or calendar data.

Revoking access

Disconnect in the app (Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tokens are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of disconnecting.

Our use and transfer of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who Sees Your Information

Your team.Your name, photo and what you post are visible to members of the teams and channels you join. Coaches see their players’ install activity. Players see the playbook their coaches publish; draft plays and hidden sections stay with the staff.
Service providers that run parts of LockerRoom for us, only as needed to provide the Service and under confidentiality obligations: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (web hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics), Expo (push notifications), Resend (email), Stripe and RevenueCat (payments and subscriptions), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI features, including playbook conversion and Lena), Deepgram (meeting transcription), Mux (video streaming on this website) and Google (Calendar, if you connect it).
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Business transfers. If LockerRoom is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, under this policy.

Cookies & Analytics

The web workspace uses cookies to keep you signed in. This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. A sent install is kept as a fixed record so your staff can see what went out. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law or for legitimate purposes such as preventing fraud. Content you posted to a team may stay visible to that team without your name attached.

Deleting Your Account

In the mobile app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
By email (any account, including web-only accounts): write to support@teamlockerroom.app from the address on your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We process requests within 30 days.

Players Under 18

LockerRoom is used by school and club teams, so some players are under 18. LockerRoom is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn we have, we delete it promptly. Coaches and schools that invite players under 18 are responsible for any permission their school, league or local law requires. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact support@teamlockerroom.app.

Security

We use industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access rules that keep each team’s data to that team. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct information that is inaccurate
Delete your information (see section 07)
Object to or restrict some processing
Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we’ll tell you in the app, in the workspace or by email, and update the effective date above. Continuing to use LockerRoom after an update means you accept the revised policy.
