Frequent questions.

How do I create a team on LockerRoom?

Open the app and tap the + button on the home screen. Select Create Team, enter your team name and choose your sport, then tap Create. Once created, invite teammates with a code or direct link.

How do I invite teammates?

Go to your team's settings and tap Invite Members. Share the team invite code or a direct invite link via any messaging app. Teammates open the link or enter the code in the app to join.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for LockerRoom in your iPhone Settings → LockerRoom → Notifications. Inside the app, check Profile → Settings → Notifications. Try signing out and back in to refresh your device token. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.

How do I delete my account?

In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Or email support@teamlockerroom.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address linked to your account. We process within 30 days.
