Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LockerRoom: the mobile app, the web workspace for coaches and players, this website and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
01
Accepting These Terms
By using LockerRoom you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
If you use LockerRoom for a team, school or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for it. Coaches who invite players under 18 are responsible for any permission their school, league or local law requires.
02
The Service
LockerRoom is software for sports teams. Depending on your plan and role, it lets you:
- Build a playbook: draw plays, run them from your formations, and keep coaching points with each play
- Send installs to players, who open them in a browser or the app and see their own job on each play
- See which players opened an install and watched it through, and remind the rest
- Bring in an existing playbook from a PDF or PowerPoint with AI conversion
- Ask Lena, LockerRoom's coaching agent, to help with work like building an install
- Message your team, share schedules and events, and get notifications in the mobile app
We may change, add or remove features over time. We’ll give reasonable notice before removing something central to a paid plan.
03
Accounts
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current
- Keep your password secure and don't share your account
- Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account
- You are responsible for activity on your account
Don’t create an account for someone else without their permission, use someone else’s account, or create accounts to get around limits.
04
Your Content
Your team owns its playbook, installs, messages, files and everything else you put into LockerRoom (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to store, process, display and send Your Content only to provide the Service to you and your team. That includes having our service providers, such as our AI providers, process it to run features you use. We don’t sell Your Content or use it to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.
05
AI Features
Playbook conversion and Lena use AI. AI can make mistakes: a converted play may be drawn wrong, and Lena may misunderstand a request. That’s why converted plays come back for a coach to check, and Lena checks with you before anything reaches players. You’re responsible for reviewing what you send to your team. Coaching decisions remain yours.
06
Acceptable Use
Use LockerRoom only for lawful purposes. Don’t:
- Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory or obscene
- Bully, intimidate or harm other users
- Impersonate a person, team or organization
- Share someone's private information without their consent
- Try to get into accounts, teams or systems you don't have access to
- Use the Service for spam, phishing or other deceptive practices
- Upload viruses or other malicious code
- Scrape or extract data from the Service without our written permission
- Break any applicable law
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice when necessary to protect other users.
07
Plans & Payment
- Team plans (such as Program and Full Program) are billed yearly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Athletic department agreements follow the terms of the written agreement.
- Purchases made in the mobile app are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their renewal, cancellation and refund rules.
- If a plan isn't renewed or paid, we may limit or archive the team's workspace. We'll contact you before that happens.
- We may change prices. We'll give reasonable notice before a new price applies to your renewal.
For billing questions or refunds on team plans, write to support@teamlockerroom.app.
08
Intellectual Property
The LockerRoom name, logo, design and software belong to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Your Content stays yours. Don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the Service or its software.
09
Ending Your Use
You can stop using LockerRoom at any time and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends too. Sections that should reasonably continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits on liability, stay in effect.
10
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content in it (including AI output) is accurate or complete.
11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100 USD.
12
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of the United States.
13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll tell you in the app, in the workspace or by email before they take effect, and update the effective date above. Continuing to use LockerRoom after that means you accept the revised Terms.
