Animated Playbook
Plays your team
actually learns.
Animation, voiceover, film, and assignments — bundled into every play. So players don’t just watch it. They learn it.
The problem
The PDF was never going to work.
A 70-page playbook is not a teaching tool. It’s a document. Players don’t read documents — they run plays. The gap between “here’s the play” and “the team executes the play” is where games are lost, and PDFs do nothing to close it.
Animation alone doesn’t close it either. Players forget. So we built every play to carry more.
Build it
Build the play the way you’d draw it.
Drag the players. Step through the play one beat at a time. Mark moves, dribbles, passes, screens. Record a voiceover while you build, so the play carries your voice.

Inside each play
More than animation.
A play in LockerRoom isn’t just a diagram in motion. It carries everything a player needs to actually run it — in one artifact.
Animation
Step through the play one beat at a time. Every player moves the way they're supposed to.
Voiceover
Record the play the way you'd teach it. Players hear the coach while they watch the play run.
Film clips
Attach actual game footage of the play running live. Animation + film = before-and-after teaching in one place.
Assignments
Position groups, individual players — each gets their own assignment inside the play.
Notes
Coach notes, descriptions, anything the team needs to remember. Stays attached to the play.
Sports
Built for formation-heavy sports.
Football, basketball, hockey, lacrosse. Sports where the playbook actually decides games.
